Ospreys Perch

Ospreys’ Perch is a lovely, well-equipped townhouse located right in the heart of Seabrook’s expanding urban district. Shopping and dining are just around the corner. Crescent Park and the swimming pool are nearby. You can walk to the playground and dog park in five minutes. The steps that lead down to the mighty Pacific are just a block away! Ospreys’ Perch affords peek-a-boo ocean views from its second and third floors.

Ospreys’ Perch provides a place for families with children of all ages and/or dogs to rest and play together. Our home easily sleeps six but can accommodate eight by using the comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room and opening out the leaf in the dining table. Abundant art (much of it local) and hand-crafted accessories give the house the feel of a family home.

The bottom floor houses a garage for you to use, a washer and dryer and storage rooms containing gear for babies, toddlers and dogs, as well as many outdoor toys, including some of the wheeled variety. See the amenities list for details.

The sunny second floor has an open plan that includes a kitchen, dining area, living room and powder room. It looks down on the front courtyard and out over Seabrook’s expanding retail section. And don’t forget those ocean glimpses! A small balcony provides a great place for your morning coffee or a spot to fire up the gas grill for dinner.

Entertainment in the living room includes a 48” cable TV with DVD/BluRay and Xbox One. We have a small collection of DVDs. WiFi Internet access is available, including Netflix. We have many books for all ages, as well as multiple games and puzzles. A gas fireplace casts a warm glow in the evenings. We also provide free telephone service to mainland USA.

The kitchen, with a gas stove, is very well equipped for any cooking you want to do. Again, check the amenities list for details. Although you bring the food, we do provide spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, tea and coffee. You just may want to settle down with a cup when you first arrive! For the small kiddos, we have a little table with chairs and a toy kitchen with its own dishes.

The third floor includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The cozy master bedroom has a queen bed, window seat with ocean view, TV with DVD and a small desk with a chair. And more books!

Your children will love the built-in bunks in the bunk room. Each is outfitted with its own light, as well as curtains. The kids can make them into caves, tents, a pirate ship or whatever they dream up. (The bunks are long enough to accommodate adults as well). The kids will also enjoy finding the train/Lego table, books, puzzles, dress-up clothes, stuffed animals and other toys that are tucked away. The room also includes a 32” TV with DVD/BluRay.

Outside, Ospreys’ Perch has a small sitting area that looks out on the courtyard where a community fire pit is located.
